WOWCards
Omni channel wallet/card management system

WOWCards is a comprehensive card management system. Our solution includes issuing and acquiring modules for the card, virtual card and QR-based payments. WOWCards support open loop and closed loop transactions.

Consumer and merchant balances are stored in sub-ledger wallets that can be denominated in multiple currencies. The software also has several pre-configured and customized fee structures that a bank can apply to its merchants or consumers.

WOW-POS
SoftPOS

WOW-POS is our solution for contactless payment acceptance on mobile phones and tablets. Merchants can use general purpose devices with NFC to accept on-us payments from multiple banks and anywhere in their stores. WOW-POS has plug-ins to accept QR-codes.

Merchants typically have their checkout desks cluttered with an array of EDC terminals and cables. Physical EDC POS devices make card payments cumbersome and more expensive to maintain than online payments.

Our vision is to make the infrastructure for offline payments as competitive as online payments.
WOW-POS offers merchants a rich set of transaction management features including:

eKYC and Digital IDs

As fully digital banks become more prominent, digital onboarding of customers and businesses has become essential in banking services.

WOW-KYC is a workflow, documentation, and integration system with a mobile app front for consumers and dashboards for back-office monitoring. Our product extends beyond KYC and is a full customer onboarding and engagement channel.

The mobile app front end is enhanced by AI chatbots and OCR to make onboarding easy on a mobile device and to keep the new customer engaged during the process. The workflow can be quickly configured by putting together prebuilt blocks for id checks, rules, fraud checks, and timeout rules. Workflow variants for different customer segments such as senior citizens, millennials, etc. can be deployed in WOW-KYC.

WOW-KYC has been integrated with several leading identification sources and information services for sanctions, PEP monitoring. The dashboard analytics makes it easy for risk management staff to monitor the quality of KYC.

The system can handle more comprehensive checks for Enhanced Customer Due Diligence when triggered by PEP identification or by certain transaction patterns.
